Very unprofessional experience with JFrog HR. I was contacted via LinkedIn regarding a Channel Marketing Manager position. Despite not having applied for this role, I was open to learning more. I got a call from their HR and it was clear they knew nothing about my experience. She said she was looking at my CV which was not true as I had never applied for the position. We briefly spoke but I said it would be better if sent my CV first to see if there were any future positions. Imagine my shock when I received an email a couple days later saying they were rejecting me for a position I hadnât applied to. This sequence of events suggests a significant lack of coordination and professionalism within their HR team.
