They reached out to me on ZipRecruiter, and I scheduled my first interview the next week. I had a second interview the following week and received an offer by the end of that week. The whole process was quick, easy, and professional, and I always felt informed and welcomed.

I had a straightforward interview process. The interviewer asked me normal questions about my experience, mostly based on my resume. There were also a lot of behavioral questions to get a sense of how I approach different situations. After that stage, I was given a take-home technical task to complete. I completed and submitted it, but after that I was ghosted.

2 Step Process. First met with a team lead who asked questions more focused on technical aptitude. Then met with CEO who seemed more interested in if I was a culture fit.
