Written Exam, Phone Screening by hiring manager, Face to Face with team composed of upper management and peers, discussion with VPs. Looks like they look for a certain type of image which fits the role. Also, majority of the positions are filled internally and they just have to go through the motions of interviewing outside candidates. If you are an external candidate and a minority there is a high probability that you will NOT get the position. Again, you need to be a certain type in order to fill these managerial roles coming from the outside. Interested to a JM Family case study for % of minorities holding managerial roles in the corporate office which came from the outside companies
