I was put through a year of talking with different departments pitching a new role for the company. I put together a presentation, discussed the position and the advantages of this position within the company. After a year of discussions, the company ghosted me and I never heard from anyone. I reached out to each individual I spoke with, and I never heard anything back

Had a call with the hiring manager. There was no recruiter in the process, so he set up the interview, yet he still seemed disinterested from the get-go. I followed up a number of times and never heard back from them. Very disrespectful.
