JMP Statistical Discovery interview questions

I interviewed with JMP twice, once as an intern and once for a full-time position. Both interviews were great and seamless. I felt like the interviewers really knew what they were looking for and asked me thorough questions that applied to the job. Some of the questions were challenging but it felt very comfortable and like I was talking to a friend. I came in nervous but left feeling very confident! For the internship program it was just one interview with my manager and director. For the full-time position, I started with an interview with my manager and then had three individual interviews with other team members.

JMP's interview process was seamless, easy and flexible. After the initial review process, I was interviewed personally by my direct supervisor and our team manager. They were personable and made the whole experience comfortable and encouraging. I felt like they were really looking for the right person to fill out their team, not just the role itself. The second round of interviews involved a presentation for the wider marketing team, where I presented ideas for the direction I would take a specific project if I were hired. Overall the process was thorough and encouraging.
