You have to compleate the basic form that every bank requires you to. Afterwards, you must send in your CV and a Cover Letter. For the spring week, the next part in the process is a HireVue interview. For me, I had three questions to answer: one saying why I am interested in the banking industry and JPMorgan, one about a market and firm I have been recently following, and the final about a challenge I had to overcome and how I manafed to do so.
