I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Columbus, OH) in Mar 2016
Interview
Overall they try to intimidate you with 1-way style and do not give opportunity to be an interactive session. Somehow they give you the impression that they will give you ample time to ask questions at the end but then they use this "oh time is almost over" technique during the end to curtail your Q&A time. At the end, I had few important questions but never get to ask them until after I joined.

Question 1
The usual - tell me about yourself, do you have certifications, do you have what it takes to work in a global distributed environment, etc.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at JPMorganChase
Interview
Interviews were professional but the support and guidance in between was close to non existent. Impossible to get in contact with anyone and get any feedback. There is no support for the candidate and recruiters do not reply to multiple emails.

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at JPMorganChase in Feb 2025
Interview
I had 5 rounds of interviews. Hiring manager (VP)-> ED -> HR (VP)-> ED -> MD -> MD.
Interviewers were friendly and asked about past working experiences and scenario-based questions.
HR is helpful and responsive, updating progress promptly and advising on the next step.
The entire process (from when I submitted the job application to obtaining a job offer) takes 4 months, including 2 significant festive holidays in Europe and Hong Kong.

Question 1
Why will you leave the company you have already been working for 10+ years?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Wilmington, DE) in May 2024
Interview
The communication process was poor. They coordinate the interviews through email from offshore resources and don’t set expectations upfront. Then upon the initial interview the hiring manager was late, had me wait, then rescheduled. I proceeded to the 2nd interview with him and he implied he was very interested and I should be hearing from HR soon for next steps. He also said he’d respond to any questions via email and be a referral resource within the org to help if this role didn’t pan out. Yet he never responded to my Thank You emails or an inquiry for next steps after I had waited a week post-interview, and then I got an automated no-reply rejection email with canned verbiage. I never received any feedback on the process. This was despite the fact that I had given them multiple internal employee referrals.
