Apply online and then record an online interview. Wait for a few days and get ready for the coming 2 interviews of branch manager and market director. Lastly, finished a tax report survey. And it's done. It takes about 2 weeks to complete the whole process.
easy asked alot of behavior questions. had meeting with both branch manager and director or the market. Asked questions of past experience and what they would require from new experience.

One phone call prescreening and then one in person interview at the branch. In person was with just the branch manager, not a group of hiring mangers. Very relaxed conversation, nothing too in depth.
