I applied through my campus, then I was contacted for a phone interview in which they asked basic candidate profile questions, after that I was invited to a Super Day where I had two 1:1 45 minute interviews and a tour around the facilities. 1 of the interviews was behavioral based, the other contained some brain teasers and questions about the current position of JPM.

It was a process with 2 rounds, the first one being technical and the second HR. The technical round was based solely on your resume and the information you provided.

They asked, amongst all the projects you have done, which one did you apply the most data analytics to
Initial HR screening involves going over resume and checking Japanese level. They stop the interview if your Japanese level is not strong. They did not ask any technical questions during the HR interview.

Interview
Hirevue, and then a superday. Hirevue was pretty basic (TMAY, conflict, teamwork), superday asked about situational questions (your manager did this, how would you respond). Mainly behavioral not really any technical questions.
