I just had one interview, but it took 3 weeks to get a job offer from recruiter that did not want to negotiate anything just offered a flat salary and that was it, had to accept it since my unemployment was running out. Started 2 weeks after background and drug testing clearance.

None, the interview was easy, no behavior questions, which was a nice change.
The interview process was with multiple people . It was long but very personable and easy to have a conversation even with leadership . Very clear and direct of what expectations were and what I wanted to gain from company
Took a week to set up an interview. Interviewer did not show up. Really disappointed but I should’ve listened to my peers. Hopefully in the future they will be more organized.

Interview
There were three separate interviews. First HR, hiring manager and then team members. The first interview was screening, education and experience. The second was more difficult what would you do questions. The third was to see if you we’re compatible with the team.
