The process took 1 day. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Newark, DE) in Dec 2008
Interview
As general questions regarding derivatives as well as past work experience. Also talked about career goals and why I thought I would be a good fit for the position. The atmosphere was very laid back and relaxed. The interview consisted of 1 day onsite in which I met with a total of 3 individuals (2 managers and 1 associate).
Very chill and easy to talk to and get along with. I think you should do a great job if you can explain data analsys in close detail. Also, make sure you don't ramble and make sure you make clear and concise points.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (New York, NY) in Feb 2015
Interview
I had about 5 different interviewer. questions was not too difficult. they just tried to understand my background. I interviewed with dev and manager but not the rest of the team (it could have been useful )

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Newark, DE) in Mar 2014
Interview
I applied through an agency. I had 3 interviews, each one lasting about 2 hours, interviewing with 3 different managers each time. All of them were asking very similar questions. At certain point you start omitting details thinking that you already give that information. Most of the managers were very friendly, others were just in a hurry to finish the interview and not very pleasant. Overall, I think the hiring process of this organization, which business I really admire, is very inefficient. They would call you for several interviews and never give you any feedback. After the first interview, they should know if you are a fit for the company or not. Not making you comeback wasting your time and theirs.

Question 1
Excel questions. Mostly questions about my resume, give examples of the skills I claim to have.
The most difficult question was: If you are selected for this position, you would have to train with an employee that has been working with the company for several years and is going to loose his job and be replaced by you. How would you handle this situation in case this person is not very cooperative?
