I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Houston, TX) in May 2010
Interview
A human relations interviewer screened me by phone a few days after I completed my online application. She was pleasant and professional. She did tell me that I did well on the online assessment (you answer about an hour's worth of mathematical essay questions with multiple choice answers). I was asked about my sales experience and if I had taken any testing (they sponsor you in Series 6 & 63 license training materials & testing if you don't already have the licenses, so they want to know if you have an aptitude). I was asked when my college was. This was a pre-screening telephone interview.

Remote telephone interview, 2 in person interviews and then a panel of 3 people where I had to do a presentation. That was it, but I need to write 30 words.
