I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Wilmington, DE) in Jan 2018
Interview
Started with a phone screen with a recruiter to check on expectation alignment. I had 3 rounds of interviews. They were conversational and felt more like a cultural add and fit conversation. Through out the process I was able to reach out to the hiring manager and ask questions, which were all answered.

Question 1
How have you as a marketer worked with sales and operations in the past?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Toronto, ON)
Interview
The interview process went smoothly at first when meeting with the team from the Canadian office and you can tell they had a nice rapport with each other. However, once I was interviewed with the US team, it became obvious that there were some politics. It did not feel professional, nor a situation I wanted to get into.
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2021
Interview
The hiring manager was someone I had known at a previous job, so she had noticed my application. She was new to JPMC and wanted to hire "by the book." Eleven hour-long Zoom interviews later, the HR partner told me she’d decided to promote one of the team who interviewed me. That was probably the plan all along. They obviously liked me since each new interviewer was more senior, but JPMC is too large to have institutional memory so I would be starting over if I applied for another posting.
