Racist, discriminatory, and bias screening process. They don't know how to read CVs. They hire unethical people to act as researchers on ethics. They have no skills in NLP as they don't know how to read and parse a CV and comprehend on the context. They have a pretentious hiring process, reviewing on where someone went for education rather than what they did with their degree - content of work means little to them. They reject good candidates purely on biases rather than properly read CVs to understand on context of work. Even writing the same sentences in different ways on here will make little sense to their hiring team. Academic backgrounds holds more weight for them than actual practical experiences . Just imagine having clueless Phd people on your team that struggle to put theory into practice, while rejecting people who know how to put it into practice - makes a lot of sense for an organization that is driven by business revenue and profit returns, doesn't it?!

HireVue programming and never responded HireVue email came about a week after submitting Took the hirevue test and never heard from them again and the position closed It was also simple coding questions that could be used in either python or java

Multiple one on one sessions with individual team members followed by one technical presentation to the full organization. Each session very technical in nature as the team is looking to evaluate deep knowledge of artificial intelligence methods
