The process was disappointing. I got a phone screening from one of the recruiters. I was then advised the hiring manager was interested in speaking with me about the role. I interviewed for it, from what I saw it went well. I was immediately sent an assessment from the manager to complete and send back, which I did. Where the disappointment came was in the ghosting. I was told by this manager I could reach out to them in case I had any questions, which I did. I followed up 3 times to follow up on my application status. Being ghosted is such an unpleasant experience, especially after having what you believed to be a successful interview. Candidates deserve either some feedback or at the very least an acknowledgment of their emails being received. I followed up with the recruiter who then told me that the role was still in the early stages in the interview process, which I highly doubt as it had been about a month after interviewing with no updates on my status. I then received a generic rejection email. Very unprofessional. Please do better JP Morgan!
