Send resume, 3 days later they set up in-person interview. 2 days before said interview I receive mail “sorry. Due to scheduling conflict of the interviewer we have to postpone. We’ll let you know the new date”. Fine. Things happen. Is not a problem. More than 10 days goes by, still nothing. Gently ask “news?” And they reply “we are still in the process of interviews. We’ll let you know your status”. Gently remind that you NEVER had an interview, that you are waiting to know when to go and you receive a template apology “we’ll let you know when to come”. Another month pass, and you ask “when can I come” and here the magic happen: you receive the template mail “you didn’t made the cut, proceeding with candidates with more experience”. Now. Beside pointing out (again) that you NEVER had an interview, the required experience was 7+ years and you do this by almost 2 decades and ask which drugs they are on…what would you do ?
