JPMorganChase Financial Analyst - Finance Development Program interview questions

One hour long phone interview, 30 minutes with two different people. Very straightforward and all behavioral questions regarding your work style, previous leadership and group experiences etc. Also the classics like why JP? What do we do? What is the role?

I was lucky enough to be referred from within by a connection I had made. The process was very simple and smooth. After I submitted my application I was contacted about 2 weeks later and I was invited to a superday in Newark, DE. They showed us around the building, had guest speakers, and provided us with an opportunity to network with VP's and FA that have finished the program. The questions were not too difficult, very standard and relatively laid back.
