Interview
It was a rushed interview since it was at the MLB Winter Meetings, but they only asked about 5 questions, that were generally about sales and where I was from.
First had a phone interview and then an in-person interview. Asked questions about experience, competitiveness, and work ethic. Tested on scenario's - How you would handle specific situations? Some in regards to sales, some ethical.
