4 rounds of interviews each with a specific partner. The different partners are there to range your likability, experience, and competence. It was a great way to meet multiple people in the office, but it did stretch out the interview process due to scheduling conflicts.

I was interviewed virtually by one person for only about 15 minutes, which, in my opinion, is pointless because it is not enough time to learn anything about anyone. There were several candidates before and after me.
