We had a career fair at my college where accounting firms from all over the region came to recruit students. After meeting the students, the students selected firms that they wanted to interview with. Then the firms picked candidates that they wanted to interview. Over the course of the next week all of the firms and candidates who picked each other had interviews on the college campus.
