I came in the day after I submitted my application. The manager hired me on the spot after the impromptu interview. She also hired me full time! It was the first impromptu interview I ever had and went better than I could have hoped for.

They basically hire you on the spot. It’s usually the store manger you deal with. It takes maybe 15 minutes to do the whole thing. Easy and simple. Long as you’re friendly and know what you’re talking about, you’ll be fine
