I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jadu (Leicester, England) in Oct 2015
Interview
I had a telephone interview followed by an in-person interview with their HR hiring manager, one of the VPs, and two senior managers. Prior to the interview I was encouraged to do my research, which I did. In the interview they expected me to know the names of all their products and services and seemed surprised when I couldn't answer questions that only an employee would know. It appears they judged enthusiasm and capability based on one's ability to mass-memorise their website.
By the end of the interview I knew I didn't want to work there and they felt the same way.
