The process began with an interview from HR, who reviewed my profile. Following that, Mr. NKC interviewed me, asking questions to assess my interests and capabilities. Next, I met with three other employees from the communications department, who evaluated my potential. Finally, I had another meeting with HR to conclude the interview process, finalize my internship, and discuss all necessary formalities.
