I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Jam Van (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2016
Interview
I spoke over the phone with an Account Coordinator I had known for years prior in different roles. We were co-workers with another company and worked along side one another well. She had reached out to have me join her team on a project. I was super excited about the project, but mostly to work with her again and this company I had heard so much about over the years. It ended up being the best decision, I haven't left since and have zero plans to.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jam Van (Toronto, ON)

long and manipulative. For a low level positions most interviews take place over the phone then have 1 interview with the team to discuss. This was multiple interviews for 1 simple position which was totally off point when it came to the real position. Most aspects of the job were not described in the job and there were more responsibilities than expected.
I applied through university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Jam Van (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2014
Interview
I met with the operations director in person, where he proceeded to ask me about my skills, ambitions and career goals. He went on to explain that they simply needed a driver for the time being but that there was room to grow within the company, but later on, after months on the job, turns out that wasn't the case.
