I've only been through the "screening" process so far, but you can expect the basic interview questions about the work you've done, what you like to do, what you'd like from / what you'd offer your teammates, manager, leaders, etc. What didn't work in the past, what you'd like to avoid in the future, etc. Basic get to you know questions. It was very conversational - I didn't feel like I was being taken down a checklist.
