You are given a resume to complete in the format they expect. If you pass you are in. If you fail you fail. But I did not write the interview, I just submitted my resume and that was it. All is done through emails.

Pretty straight forward a few quick questions and onto training. The organisation went over the project lifecycle and how to navigate from start to finish. Informative and guided, the job becomes easier after onboarding.
