No Experience necessary! Start ASAP! Probably in a day or 2 or when ever you take your drug tes and GET your uniform.YES, you have to pay for your uniform and they dont repay you for it! They will refer you to a tuxedo shop but wont they wont tell you that you have to pay for it ALL they will say is "You can get your uniform here" then pass you a business card that says AMOS TUXEDOS in Hampton VA. I went and Spent over 70 bucks....I was pissed. Just take your but to walmart or burlington coat factory, Oh yeah, get your work shoes from walmart.

Interview
They are upfront about what they expect and what they need. You are given a copy of the menu to study. Most of the job detail is seen when you shadow other employees the first couple weeks. Make sure you take constructive criticism well and remember, members requests can sometime trump rules, so ask questions. The staff is really helpful.
