Overall pleasant, not as many technical questions, more focused on how fast you can find the information in the KB. They do a live test call where they ask you to help a customer with registration when their calendar space looks like it is blocked.

Moved quickly from initial application to recruiter screen to hiring manager interview. Was given a timeframe when I would hear back on next steps for next round. Proceeded to receive zero communication (followed up twice with no reply). 4 weeks after interview occurred, posting was taken down and finally received an email informing me they moved forward with other candidates.
