Jane App interview questions

The recruiter was really professional and knowledgeable about the product and asked insightful questions about my work experience. They had a good grasp on technical aspects of the job, especially AI, and focused on the why and metrics.

Moved quickly from initial application to recruiter screen to hiring manager interview. Was given a timeframe when I would hear back on next steps for next round. Proceeded to receive zero communication (followed up twice with no reply). 4 weeks after interview occurred, posting was taken down and finally received an email informing me they moved forward with other candidates.
