He spent about 15 minutes talking about how great their company was. Then he asked how much money I wanted. I said a figure significantly lower than the market. They said they didn't have that much, and that was the end of the conversation.

They asked how much money I wanted, and he quoted the minimum (significantly below market value). They said they didn't have anywhere near that much money, and that was the end of the interview.
