A recruiter set up a phone interview for me with five reps. of the company. It was a speaker phone conference so I spoke with and answered questions from all five people. I felt that it went very well, and was offered to come meet with them for a face to face meeting. They offered to fly me there and put me up in a hotel for a two day in-house interview. They then cancelled it and re-scheduled it for a later date which I accepted. That was also cancelled and changed to a three day trip which I also accepted. When that was one cancelled, I had burned up seven days of my vacation time. At that point me and the recruiter had all but given up. Then, seven months later I was asked to drive there (six hours one way). Because of the overwhelmingly positive feed-back I had previously gotten, I went. After interviewing with four of the five reps. again and testing and touring the plant I received more positive feed-back. The next day my recruiter called and said I was the one they wanted and they would call with a relocation package. After a week the recruiter called and said that they weren't returning his calls or his e-mails. I called them and left a message to call me the details. From my first contact with them to now it has been one and a half years. Recently, another recruiter called me and asked if I would be interested I a position at; you guessed it, Jaypac.
