Very odd, not natural at all. Interviewer set a timer for questions and responses. I did not feel comfortable and felt there was no way to prepare for such an interview.

The questions were straight out of a book on educational pedagogy so I literally cannot remember any of the questions that were typed out. I was told to just read the question and answer.

They just need teachers. Essentially I feel that they are hiring to fill classrooms vs hiring for talent. There are some very good schools in the district but the teacher talent is not equitable. They are working to fix this. Still I feel that the need is so high if you apply you will be hired.
