WebEx interview with conference table of company management; Chief pilot, directer operations, human resources. Friendly vibe, and energetic group. The DO ran the interview, and the others ask follow up questions.

Interview
The interview process is rigorous. The fist one was with the D.O. and C.P. then you interview with a panel of 5 department heads. The whole process tests your critical thinking skills and is designed to see your personality. They want to know if you are easy to get along with and to see if they would mind spending weeks on the road with you.
