Interview
Cordial and challenging and centered on the objectives of the position. The interview was paneled by 10 department supervisors and assistant managers. Another panel consisted of the Center Director, the Human Resource Director, the Director of Center Life, the Administrative Manager, and the Career Transition Specialist Director, including the Counselors Manager of the Center.

Super easy make sure to sell yourself. Also you may have several interviews. Just interview we’ll be with the department supervisor then with the HR department. Very thorough with hiring process.
