      Hired for extremely low pay, no raises, not told extra job requirements outside of job description, not told 9 hour day, not told no 10 month year, but 12 month, not told no cost of living increases, or promotion by favoritism not merit or seniority, passive aggressive management, not told must clean center to save on hiring custodians, 'everybody is replaceable' attitude, pay male trade instructors double what female NY State certified academic instructors are paid, hire under many false pretenses.
