Group Discussion and HR Interview Experience During the interview process, I participated in a Group Discussion (GD) and an HR Interview. The GD evaluated our communication skills, ability to articulate thoughts clearly, and how effectively we could work in a team setting. It was a valuable opportunity to demonstrate my analytical thinking, listening skills, and leadership potential in a collaborative environment. In the HR interview, the interviewer conducted a thorough review of my resume. We discussed each section in detail, including: Educational background – I explained my academic journey, key projects, and relevant coursework. Internships and work experience – I walked them through my responsibilities, challenges faced, and the skills I gained during those roles. Technical skills – I was asked about tools, languages, and platforms I listed, with real-world examples of where I used them. Achievements and certifications – I provided context behind my achievements and the learning outcomes from various certifications. Extra-curricular activities and interests – I spoke about how my hobbies contribute to my personal growth and team dynamics.
