The interview process started with filling of a detailed form and the interview was based on that only. I was attended promptly by the one of the team member and had 2 rounds of interview with Jobline. One with some body super senior and another by a Team Leader

Generally was asked about myself, my previous organization, my work, my closures and incentive structure. Were observed very keenly how did I react to questions and how did I answer.
