I was put in a panel with four people asking random, disorganized questions, which felt more like an attempt to put me on the spot than to understand my skills. It quickly became clear that the team had limited understanding of social media strategy, yet spoke as if they were experts. The CEO in particular came across as unnecessarily hostile, which set a very negative tone for the conversation. After that experience, I definitely did not want to work there, and the ghosting afterwards confirmed that this was not a place I would have chosen to join.
