Interviews at JTCC are all panel style with 4-6 committee members. The committee is made up of faculty and staff from a cross-section of the college. The committee members will take notes while interviewing you and may fail to make eye contact.

Interview
The interview had very standard retail and pharmacy questions. It was in the break room of the company and it took about 20 minutes. The pharmacy manager was very professional and polite. It took 3 days to hear back and accept the offer. Although, it was a verbal offer and I still have to receive the email offer which is sent by corporate so it will take approximately 2 weeks to process.
