Interview
Secondary to inter-semester staff disruptions and quickly departing faculty, hiring is typically on a last-moment emergency basis with quick calls made from an applicant list. Due to the turnover level of faculty members there really was no interview process involved. Apply online, get on a list, receive a last moment phone call to replace a disgruntled, departing faculty member, be given a textbook, shown the classroom, and you're off and running.
