Fourth, Basic Stations Training and Exam(2.5mos).Fifth, Managerial Skills Training(1.5mos). Final Defense with Receiving Store Manager and Group Manager.Store Assignment and Graduation.

Just like any application process, you are first given the preliminary exams to determine you have the certain knowledge or aptitude to qualify for the said position. After the 4 hour battery of exams; decision making, analogy, IQ, behavior, briggs, etc.; then they will call you after 3 days. Out of 50+ applicants, you get filtered to15, then a series of interview, brings you down to 5 applicants who will then have to pass the 6 months probation with series of exams and duties.
