I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Jolt Software (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2017
Interview
I first had a phone screen with a recruiter at the company. He was very friendly and asked some general questions about my background and some of the projects I'd worked on but didn't ask anything too technical. Then I was sent a coding challenge where I had to expand the give react app in less than five hours. I didn't end up getting the job, but the process was enjoyable.

Interview
I had a phone screening and was given an assessment in React. An in person interview followed. The interview was a one on one with a lead front end dev. In it he had me walk him through my code. I was rejected after the first interview, and was impressed with the amount of feedback I was given.
