I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jolt.io (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in May 2022
Interview
I had a phone call with HR, then a frontal interview with the operations manager. after that I received a task to record to short videos of me talking in both Hebrew and English. the last part was a zoom interview with the manager.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jolt.io (London, England) in Oct 2020
Interview
To apply; CV, cover letter, answer 2 questions and video yourself for 1 minute explaining why you want the job.
Stage 2 was a quick phone interview with HR.
Stage 3; a 20 minute video of yourself teaching a class, and a task.
Stage 4; interview with Manager.
I found the process long and a little ridiculous, especially the initial hoops to jump through and length of video. Afterwards I found a youtube video of the co-founder saying she's never applied to a job with a CV and that you shouldn't either, "it's all about networking" so I expect that the job went to a friend or connection, and that they were just wasting my time. A bad experience overall, and wished they would have taken more care to consider the amount of time applicants wasted on this application, and also I wish the salary was disclosed beforehand.
