Insane. Irrational questions. The interviewer was my soon to be boss and he was on a power trip. Strange questions that are irrelevant to actual work. There was in issue in the work place with him getting along with other employees so instead of JLL resolving the issue they allowed him to hire someone to bully while he was being bullied by other management.

Very casual. Asked about past job experiences and typical interview questions. It was honestly a very chill interview with two different people. Asked about strengths and weaknesses and salary expectations.
