I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (London, England) in Feb 2015
Interview
Hard, Detail, long, challenging, exceptional. Referred by my recruiter than an initial phone interview. After that face to face fifty minute interview. Then another interview with Human Resource. Took 2 weeks. From start to end 2 weeks.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Feb 2025
Interview
I applied for the Finance Analyst - Accounts Payable role at JLL and successfully cleared all three rounds of interviews. Unfortunately, after all that effort, I was informed that the role was no longer being recruited due to a "change of circumstances."
Interview Process:
The process included [mention rounds—HR, technical, managerial].
The interviewers were **[professional/engaging], and the questions were focused on [AP processes, problem-solving, etc.].
Pros:
✅ Well-structured interview process.
✅ Interviewers were professional and asked relevant questions.
Cons:
❌ Unreliable hiring process – After clearing all rounds, I was informed the role was canceled.
❌ Lack of transparency – The company should have communicated earlier if hiring was uncertain.
❌ Time wasted – Spent hours preparing and interviewing, only to receive a rejection due to internal business decisions.
Advice to Future Applicants:
Be prepared for a lengthy process with no guarantee of a final offer.
Follow up frequently to ensure that the role is still actively being recruited but still dont believe them till you get an offer letter.
I gave another interview 4 days ago on friday for another post Junior Analyst role at JLL only. The interview went fine ,Only couldn't answer one question , I answered it but they asked me to speak for 2 minutes on that topic but i could only speak for 1.15 minutes. They said result will be announced on Monday Max but its Tuesday now. I've been mailing and calling the employee for the follow up but again no response.
Consider applying to multiple roles rather than relying on one opening.
Overall, I was disappointed by how the process ended. While JLL is a reputable company, they need to improve communication and respect candidates’ time.

Accounts Technical Question like payable & receivable. They wanted to bind me with the contract
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Norwich, England) in Aug 2021
Interview
Easy going, informal and friendly. Questions mostly related to standard HR stuff (why do you want to work here, goals, confidence under pressure, see yourself in 5 years). Then onto a general conversation with those you would be working with.
