I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Lima, Lima Region)
Interview
It is very professional when you are the interviewed. It apparently looks like they are taking a good time to evaluate options in the market. They make you go through at least 4 stages and they even mix one-on-one meeetings and phone calls. Nevertheless, if you are already an insider (JLL employee) and you are looking for HR support, well they take very long to cover the requested positions, sometimes there are internal problems and they can't help you.
Face to face questions with multi-panel review. Well rounded and interactive. Transitioning to new position when contract changes. This will be one of my better interviews that I have had during my career.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Chicago, IL)
Interview
It was done as a series of eight, one-hour, one on one interviews within one day, followed by a final interview with the hiring manager a week later. The interviews included one breakfast and a lunch meeting.
