I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Houston, TX) in Apr 2014
Interview
Two rounds of interviews. The first round was with the broker in question and the follow-up interview was with both the broker and their boss. Overall, fairly relaxed interviews where they basically just wanted to get to know who they would be working with as a person.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Houston, TX) in Mar 2021
Interview
I applied online and was interviewed a month later by the person who manages someone in this position via Zoom video call. She told me there was going to be 5 rounds for the interview process but I didn't make it past round one unfortunately. She kept emphasizing that I had to "love" technology and I couldn't really gauge what she meant by that since I feel like that is such a subjective feeling, especially in regards to technology.
The interview was welcoming with lots of questions about my background, experience and skillset from team members and meeting with various people in the office. The interview team was easy to talk to.
