The interviewer was having an inferiority issue, he was constantly asking me, my present and past companies were huge and excellent, then why I had applied at JLL, it was not a technical interview and he was more interested in understanding the work I have done and how things go on inside my companies, he completely reflects his insecurity towards me, I don't know how a company like JLL is relying on these type of people, for judging good candidates, first hire a right candidate then use that person to hire more people then only who will grow
