You submit your resume online and wait for a call from Evelyn Rodriguez the HR person. She'll set up an interview in Bellemont, AZ. no matter where you are applying for. Once you get there and find the Dispatch office you'll be ushered to a conference room. Evelyn will come in with about 200 pages of paperwork and tell you to read it. She'll leave and you sit there sifting through all the paperwork as best you can. The only time she is in with you is to go over the signatures. You are then held to wait for a drive test with one of the trainers. If you pass that you go into Flagstaff for your drug screen. The whole process is about 5 hours, all of which is not paid. When you leave, if you are hired you'll get 5 shirts, a hardhat, a smock, gloves and cheap eye protection as well as 3 packets to do on your own time before training starts.
