Interview
I was referred through a temp agency, so they knew I had the experience the were looking for. The HR rep talked the whole 30 minutes explaining what they did then told me she would call me the next Monday with additional details.

They didn't ask typical experience related questions, just stuff like "are you comfortable sitting at a desk for extended periods of time?"
