A very long day with multiple candidates. Lunch and a tour was provided and staff were extremely helpful. Waiting for the final interview took hours, despite half of the candidates being cut after the micro-teach. 1. 20-minute micro-teach on a specific topic (details sent prior). Those who do not achieve at least a 'good' Ofsted rating are sent home. 2. Marking task. 3. Panel interview.
